Breaking in Doug's new Med. Loved doing that. We did up roasted corn with little oil then salt & pepper, after done coated with Mayonnaise & a squat of lime. Went over real good. Thanks Bubba Tim for the recipe.

Everyone chowing down on Kim's fantastic home made Pizza, and thanks to Doug for making the dough. Also Terry's Pepper Beef done up in the Dutch oven which was awesome.

Turkey breast looks good but didn't try it. But that Thai sauce you had was unreal good and cleared out the sinuses!

Thanks for the pics Mike...can you take a picture of the Thai chili sauce package? I would like to see if I could find it up here in the Asian markets...it was deeelicious.
