Honey Garlic Wings

I am looking at doing some wings. The last ones I did were lemon pepper, and I just sprinkled the pepper on them prior to egging, and they were great.

How would I go about doing Honey Garlic ones? I don't think I can cook them with the sauce aleady on can I?

Also, any good recipies for the wings?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Here is one option.

Wings, Chicken, Slotmercenary


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup honey or more to taste
1/2 cup Soy
1/4 cup L&P Worchestershire
1 Bunch Green onions
1 Whole Bulb garlic minced
ground peppercorns to taste
Chili flakes to taste




Procedure:
1 Marinade in gallon ziplock overnight in fridge and cook at 325 for 60-90 minutes
