We just drove our friend, Doug, to The Outdoor Cook in Rockford, MI, to buy a large egg at their annual Grillapalooza.

Welcome to the family, Doug!

    Welcome Doug!

Tell Doug when he gets around to it he should join the BGE forum and we will be glad to help him use his egg if he needs help. I guess you will be there for him as well. Don't forget to go to an eggfest. Tim :)

    Hi Doug,
Welcome to the community of eggheads. I've had my egg for 1 week yesterday. Today I am smoking 3 racks of ribs low and slow. Indirect cooking. If you don't have one get a plate setter. 3 racks for 3-4 hours at 250 degrees. Can't wait for dinner. Enjoy.
