This are probably a 1 million sets of spatchcock chicken photo's posted here, but here are more.

Did my first on the eff last night rubbed with Dizzy Pig sample package that came with the egg and with some potatoes coated in olive oil and kosher salt. Basically followed the Whiz method but didn't raise my grid. Chicken was extremely simply and very good!

i love the way the potatoes come out on the egg.. 75 minutes at 350-400.. they are perfect

Not to worry. There are 1000 post of ribs and still love them to . Good job. Havent done one in a while.
