Knocked Up Mini

OK so the real german butcher I used to go to all of the time closed, but I had a craving for Knockwurst (Knackwurst). I settled for some german style garlic franks. They were great. Also wanted some kraut with them and had some great stuff from Bubbies. As simple and natural as it gets. Along with that I did one with some spicy Kimchi. Quick, simple, yummy.

Here's the 'Raws'


Note the ingredients on the Kraut. Simple as it should be.


Here's what's in the Kimchi. It's got a quick kick and a sustained burn. ;)

Of course while grilling one needs to stay hydrated.

  • Kimchi on dogs is a great idea! Those look good. Make sure you stay hydrated, that is the most important part!

    Thanks. That was my trusty Promaster 17-50mm f2.8 lens. I someimes get so close to the plate that I'm wiping BBQ Sauce or mustard off the lens.

    Mmmmmmmm. I LOVE Bubbie's pickles,to me, they are worth every penny. Will have to try the kraut. That last picture is a piece of art!
