Some Stuffed Squash

Cooked up some squash stuffed with ground beef, onions, garlic, corn, salsa and cheese. Got to try out my little home made raised grid too.
Grid is still shiny. Put on at 400*.
An hour or so later, all done.

Thanks for this post. One more for the cook list. I love squash and will definitely make this a winter staple. It can only be better with an egg. It reminds me even more of the versatility of the egg.

Yes, most definitely it's better on the egg. My wife always made these in the oven, looks like I'm in charge of cooking the squash now.

That looks good. How did the squash taste with the chicken drippings?
I'm doin' up a spaghetti Friday! -
Looks like squash is next to the chicken stand.

Nice! Wondering if the stuffing will be good for stuffed cabbage too.

I have the same rack, I tie a string around the end of the sticks so they don't fall off. Also found out you can reduce the footprint by flipping the detachable supports the other way.

Gary,
You are so analytical...sometimes you just have to let art flow over you.

Jasper,
Gary is right it was beside the chicken. Try it with some marinara sauce inside cover with foil and remove the foil when it starts to get soft and put some shredded parmesana or peccorino in.
