Got the Large last weekend and LOVE it - seems much easier to get to temperature than the Small. Char-Grilled Oysters tonight; Turkey tomorrow.

Thanks everybody - feel like I owe a food pic but grilled oysters aren't so exciting.

Counter is Wild Sea granite - has a little green (to compliment the eggs ) and grey and red to match the stone.

Again, really happy with the Large - I hope I still find ways to use the Small - I sense a DigiQ in my future...
