Hey gang,
My Dad wants to do a duck on his Medium for Easter tomorrow (too far away or me to get there to share :-(
I suggested the low and slow spatchcocked version, but just wondered if anyone else had any techniques that have worked well.. Crispy skin would be a big plus, I can never seem to get that right :blush:
