First off, I would like to apologize for the delay in updating KC EGGFEST news.

It seems that the powers to be, have denied our permits to hold our first KC EGGFEST, at our original chosen location.

Our Event has been labeled as to commercial. Even though we stressed it is a charity event, all PROCEEDS going to CHD FAMLIES.

Therefore, my fellow eggers, if you have any suggestions for possible locations in the Kansas City North area, please shoot me a email.

I still have a few ideas working on locations, but nothing concrete yet.

Maybe you could convince Car Wash Mike to hold it at his restaurant parking lot. He mentioned that his parents own the strip mall. Heck, he may even want to be a sponsor with you. Good publicity for his restaurant. Especially being a charity event. It's worth a try Larry.
