almost 12 lbs of corned beef, on the large smoking it's way to pastrami nirvani, but we are having japanese take out for dinner :laugh:

One of the apple peelers and corer. Due to the softness of the potato, I turned the potato with my hand not the handle, 'cause that only dug a hole in the potato.
Harbor Freight or Northern Tools carry the apple corer about $20.
Potatoes on Small egg 375F 1 hour 30 minutes. Pulled internal temm 200F.

I have 14 lbs of butts and 18 lbs of brisket to throw on for a lunch tomorrow at noon. I am breaking my rule and doing 2 big flats for tomorrow.
