Whole foods has this on sale so I thought I give it a try. Has anyone ever cooked this particular cut. I was thinking fajitas but had mexican yesterday. Thinking about going Latin and making some Chimichurri. Any one else have some suggestions

Marinate (beer, lime, onions,garlic, jalapeno, serrano) overnight and have fajitas tomorrow. That way you won't have mex twice in a row!

My favourite steak. It doesn't need a marinade unless you are looking for another flavour. Great in fajitas or anywhere you would use flank, skirt or hanger.
Cooked hot and fast and sliced across the grain is great.
