San Diego here we come!!

We are leaving tomorrow for our annual week long trip to San Diego. Claudia and I go back to our old home to visit with friends and family and spend the weekend at the Q. The Big Three Auto Swap is held every year at the Chargers stadium and we camp there with our club.

This year I volunteered to slow cook pulled pork for the group. We will have about 20 couples I think. I have the RV loaded and ready to roll.



I have 30 pounds of pork shoulder from Sam's in the ice box.



The large BGE is in the RV's basement, I had to take it apart to make it all fit.
