You need to get yourself a pizza stone and get some air between your plate setter and your pizza stone. I use a few inches of copper pipe to separate my plate setter and pizza stone.
Good job stretching the dough and the one zah looks yummy.

What he said.It will cure your ails!PS/airspace/stone.

Until you get a stone, you can use the PlateSetter, leggs up,grid on top and cook in a pizza pan.Won't be as good as a stone but will work.

the first one was fine i just got the egg too hot by the time the second one was on.... but i will get the stone for sure

Rob, real good looking za there. The one you are tossing looks a whole lot larger than the one on the egg. As others have said, get a pizza stone, put your platesetter legs down, then use the 3 egg feet as a spacer between the platesetter and the pizza stone. It even helps to use parchment paper between the stone and the pizza. You can pull the parchment paper after the first couple of minutes. Keep working on the quest for the perfect pizza.

I know a lot of folks cook their pizza hot but I've had the best pies when I do them at 400* using dough from my local supermarket.

ill do mine next 550 -600 and hold at that temp
