    did you trim fat from the brisket before grinding. I'll grind the point sometimes.....nice burgers. t ACGP, Inc.

  • TJV, I usually just grind everything but I picked this ground brisket up from Grate Grills Deli (our wonderful local BGE dealer who also has a restaurant and cooks on BGE's) so I don't know if they trimmed any fat off this batch.
