Hope Everyones Christmas Was Fun This Year

The first group just left.We had 14 family members for lunch and really had a lot of fun.We cooked a crown roast on the XL and had enough food to feed a army.The next group arrives at 6:30(friends) but it will be home made vegetable soup,fried cornbread,salad and drinks.Here is a picture of the crown roast we cooked today in 2 inches of rain.Hope to see a lot of old egg friends this next year and make some new ones.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

How did you cook it? Temp, IT, etc.
What is the stuffing in the middle, and is it good enough for you to post the recipe? :laugh:

Pictures and recipe are on WessB's site.The stuffing is sausage,chopped mushrooms,apple and onion browned.I cook them at 350° on a grid over a pan sitting on a pizza stome.Everyone seems to really like them.
