Have you had the chance to try your new Pro Q smoke generator? Just courious of how well it works.

    I have only used it once, for cheese, and it worked very well.

    I smoked it for just under 3 hours as I recall and I wrapped it in plastic wrap and left in the 'fridge for a couple of days.

    As good as any smoked cheese I have ever bought.

    Want to find some time to do more and to do some salmon before the holidays get here.
