New Cola Based Marinade for Brisket ..predictions on the outcome?

This is really a comination of all the ingredients of all the cola based marinades I have seen on this site - [p]1 liter cola
1 bottle chili sauce
12 oz ketchup
juice of one lime
buncha dixie hot sauce
buncha garlic powder
cup of soy sauce
2 tbsp brown deli mustard[p]I mixed it all up and tasted it...
very pleasant beleive it or not!!
I left it over night and am now going to
pull it, cover it in mustard and rub then
do a slow and low.....[p]Any thoughts or predictions on the outcome???[p]

Better Days, it'll be fine. I have found that you can really marinad ein practiclaly anything and get good results. However, don't leave it too long in that cola base or the carbonated water will literally turn that meat into mush. Drop a single piece of meat in a cola sometime and watch it dissolve away over time.

Has anyone ever tried to boil/simmer cola to reduce it? If so ...comments would be appreciated.
