looks good, but gotta ask - was that 4 pieces of prime rib already cut before you cooked it? Guess the lumps or ridges makes it appear unusual.Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.

it was a 12lb hunk that I split in half. I can see how it would look odd...but that was a 6lb piece.
