A couple of days ago someone posted a request for ideas with chicken thighs. Ever since that post I’ve been craving chicken thighs. Needless to say I’m currently satisfied. Marinated these in an infused green tea mix I got at the recent Hot Sauce Festival. There is no heat in the marinade, tastes closer to teriyaki with a hint of ginger. Probably chicken fried rice with the leftovers tonight. :P

That looks real good! :P I have been reading those posts as well and I have a couple of bags of leg quarters in the freezer from when they were .49 cents a pound. All I need is an excuse to grill some chicken. If this an't reason enough I don't know what is! :laugh: Tim

Very nice meal! I haven't done chicken for a long time now. Ever since we got our own chickens (laying flock), I've been conflicted. :ohmy:

I am really hungry for some decently-cooked chicken tho, so am looking forward to eating some at Eggtoberfest.

Hmmm, that puts a new twist on dinner. We got walled in on white meat for years because it's lower fat. Now I'm pretty much converted back to dark meat. Psst, don't name them.

I prefer white meat myself but those thighs did look good. As for the naming, too late. :unsure:
