Pastrami, Sauerkraut & Swiss Zah

I made Thirdeye's pastrami Sunday. Monday I made pastrami, sauerkraut & swiss sandwiches on rye. We immediately said this would make a great pizza, and it did. I wanted to throw some carraway seed on here, but could not find it.
After. Smoked with a sweetwood blend. So good on pizza.
