Did a poussan last night. I could have had a leaping frog, oh well something new to look forward to. Just put dizzy dust on the bird. Served with homemade potato and onion peirogis and broccoli all cooked on the egg. Did the pierogies in foil with butter and onions. Foiled the broccolli as well as didn't want them smoked.
