I have been cooking a Boston Butt at 225 since 3:30 yesterday. Its at 160 now and has just broken through the plateau, as it had been around 155 since around 3 this morning. I have to leave for work soon though and wont be back for 10 hours, so how should I finish it off?

I was thinking about double wrapping it in foil and putting it in the oven at 225 and setting the oven to go off after 4 hours or so. Would this possible overcook it? And would it be fine wrapped in foil in the oven for 6 hours or so after the oven turns off?
