I've got a couple of 'Prime' RibEyes to toss on the LBGE. This is the send off BBG for my son, who's returning to college. The steaks are only 1.5 inches thick. Should I do the TRex method with 'em or just cook to temperature without the resting.

Lump is going to be on in an hour. Thanks, DRATS, it's started raining... :(
