I'm a newb here.

Just acquired a Large BGE and custom built a table.

My first cook last night went really well and consisted of steaks and burgers. As for the second effort, the ribs have been on for several hours now :)

I'm truly amazed at how well the bge hold a steady temperature.
LBGE w/modified Whiz table, Webers and such.
