I grilled a couple of strip steaks and some BSCB tonight. Susan added backed potatoes and a really nice salad.

I enjoyed a really nice Rum (Flor de Cana) and coke while cooking.

All in all, a darn nice evening!

    Very nice Bob.
I have just recently discovered NY strips.
I am getting older and just can't eat the big Porterhouses and Rib eyes anymore.
    To try next time.
Mix a little olive oil, yellow mustard and lime juice, mix in a bowel then coat the outside.
let sit for the time it takes to get them up to room temp.
You can't believe something so simple works so well.
