Adjustable Rig and Brisket question

I plan on putting a 9 pound Brisket on late tonight.

what level do I put the brisket on a adjustable rig?

Indirect and then put it on the top setting?

250 dome temp?

    I use the top level on most everything. I did foil the grid to prevent direct heat overcooking the exposed ends.
