Chickens love the Egg!

Only had one upright chicken roaster, so I used a soda can for the other with a hole made in the bottom to allow heat and smoke to get in. The onion was roasted with the chickens and made a nice photo! Notice the gas grill watching idly by in the background...

Chicken is one of my favorite things to do on the egg. Never have I had chicken turn out so moist and juicy.
I did my first Spatchcock Chicken yesterday and it was perfect. If you haven't tried this yet, take a look on the Naked Whiz site for the very simple directions on this. You'll love it. -
