Hanging around the Pork Butt Plateau

Been hanging around 160 for awhile now

    a few hours is normal. The plateu will generally be longer at lower temps.

    My pork butts can hit more that one plateau, darn things can take all night! :cheer:

    Those are some cute pork butts there, and don't look anywhere near the plateau yet :P

    I got a brisket on now,been hung @ 175 for over an hour.I don't expect it to break til dawn. :) Nice family.
