Here is a pic of my 2.5 yr old table after the first run of sanding before applying spar eurethane tomorrow. My question for those who have experienced the table top boards coming loose and popping up is how you fasten them back down; I looked under a loose one to figure out it was only on there with a couple of big staples and glue :pinch: I am considering using regular wood screws to attach them back to the base which you seem to be a good solution except one of the smaller boards is split right in the middle so I may put some guerilla glue in the split and then screw it down. Anyone else experienced this?
