Good Evening,
I am on vacation at the beach and brought my mini. I am staying at a house in Fenwick, DE with my wife's family. My brother-in-law bought us some beautiful fresh mako shark steaks for me to put on my mini. We used a cast iron skillet with nothing more than butter, dizzy pig lemon pepper, seasoned salt and fresh squeezed lemon. I cooked the fish to about 130 after flipping it once. It was a terrific way to cook such a delicate fish. Have a look!
