Mussels

Costco had Mussels by the BAG last weekend. So I warmed up my brand new Paula Dean 5 1/2 qt Dutch oven with some onion and garlic.



When they got nice and warm


And I threw them in the pot, and had a delicious treat.

With lots of restraint, I've been trying to keep my typing digits controlled... On the other hand, while flying the left seat for one of the "majors" for over 20 years, I still cringe over a few, big-time, OMG (Oh-My-Goodness) comments I made to the passengers over the PA system. Sometimes, ad-libbing can turn sour in a big hurry. Having a 'recovery' mode for such bleepers often mends the situation. 8 - )
