My First Pizza... YUM!

Added ingredients after cooking dough for 8 minutes.
Letting the pizza cool down.
Ready to eat!
We bought the pizza dough and had the pepperoni sliced thin at publix. Other ingredients are marinara sauce, sauteed baby bella mushrooms and vidalia onions, marinated artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, fresh basil and oregano from the garden. Topped it off with fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Turned out great! However we need to work on our temperature as my dome heat went down below 400 half way through cooking. Still, it was very very good!

Great looking pie. Picture works fine. I just lit my Egg now. Waiting for the coals to get hot. Going to try Pork Chops and dinner rolls.

Cranking the Egg back up later to do a pork tenderloin this evening. This egg is GREAT!
