What is the best method for putting wood chips on the BGE for some smoke slavor for a pork loin? should they be wet or dry. Mixed in with the lump or put in when fire is started?

Can't say what the best way is but in this case I would mix chunks in with my lump before I light it. I would also add them dry. Good luck.

    Chunks - Dry 2 or 3 each.

Put everything in that egg except the meat and let it all stabilize.

As I said further down. Just because you cannot see the smoke doesn't mean it's not there..
