Last Weekend the EGG Dealer in Arnold, MO (Arnold Stove and Fireplace)hosted a throw-down with three chefs. Dr. BBQ was the visiting chef.
After the throw-down, the three chefs gave instructions to 30 of us, (we each made a donation to a charity)the dealer had 10 EGGS set-up, with three of us to an EGG. The chefs would demonstrate the dish, then we would go back to our “own” EGGS and try out the dishes. They put two non-eggers with an Egger who owned one. It was a great party, lasted around 5 hrs. and good lessons learned. The chef’s made a number of dishes and they were all great!! So, what else is new, cooking on the EGG!!!
