Tri Tip seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic salt & Lowery's seasoning. Seared on spider with "improvised CI"
ABT while Tri Tip rested. Sausage stuffed - two hot :evil: two mild (store bought) and they call em stuffed peppers :P
Back on grill with Tri Tip to finish - added side of vegatables (more from the Earth Box)
Sliced and Ready for lunch

    I found it in an old Hibachi that I have had for years, making do till i can do better!
