Cooked 34 pounds of butt with the rig

I bought the rig for jerky, but after being confronted with the need to cook 4 large butts for a wedding luncheon, I tried the spider, pizza stone, drip pan, rig set-up. I have to admit that it worked great. Nice job Tom. Sorry, no pics, but the butts were being slow and I was getting a bit worried that they'd be done in time. Forgot about the camera. I should get a guru or stoker one of these days just to reduce the stress and help me sleep.

talk about a change in plans....from slim jerky pieces to big hunks of butt, just shows the diversity of the egg and your talents.
