Sockeye Salmon Success

I cooked sockeye salmon last night with ragin river from dizzy pig and butter, brown sugar, maple glaze, was very good. Served with Caesar and mashed sweet potatoes. Cut some fresh italian bread and buttered with garlic salt on top made for great bread to to eat with salad and salmon. Cooked the salmon at 400 for 8 minutes a side. It was very good. Just cant beat fresh salmon.
