Was setting up last night to cook chicken and steaks when my son showed up with fillets off of a 50 lb ling. They had been trout fishing in Sabine pass and it was so calm they took my flats boat out to the short rigs and caught a coup[le of ling So I cooked the ling last night with some shrimp sauce and cooked the steaks today.

I have been fishing the rigs a few years back and saw flats boats out there. Takes guts!
