Looking to have a better grid system. I have two grids and the little stainless think. (Large BGE)

I've seen the Woo/Spider thing, but I can't really figure out why this is better than the ss bolt system.

So - questions:

1) Can I use the 5" bolt system to cook on a raised grid and then flip over and adjust to have multiple grids in use when the plate setter is installed?

2) Any way to get three grids and a plate setter crammed in there?

3) Any better ideas?

the woo is just a spacer to raise the grid, look at the adjustable rig instead, a well made thought out product.
