I cooked this one on my small Egg just the other day...I think a lot of folks cook them pretty hot, then rest before slicing. I like them on a raised grate over a hot fire, and a rest before slicing.Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery -

You can marinate them and/or hir them with a Jacaard as well.
