What part of the wing do use on your CHAMPION WINGS?? do you use whole wings, separate tips,wing and drummies, or use wings,drummies, or does it make a difference??thanks,

    Hey JC,
    Sorry it has taken me so long to respond..I cut the whole wing in three parts. The tip I discard, the drumet and middlw wing are also sperated. They brown and cook more even and make a better presentation on the plate.. :woohoo:
