How much brisket to cook for a crowd?

I check the Naked Whiz FAQ but it only has calculations for pulled pork. I need to feed about 40 people next weekend and I don't think one approximately 15lb brisket will suffice, and that's about the biggest I can see cooking on my large. I've seen pics of folks cooking multiple butts stacked in the adjustable rig, but will that work for briskets too? Or will drippings from the top one wash the rub off the bottom one?
Basically I need guesstimates of how much is needed to feed 40, some some pics of setups would be nice.

I used CelticSpirit's guidelines for pulled pork when I cooked for 20 a couple weeks ago, and it turned out pretty good. Some leftovers, but not too much...basically enough that if everyone had turned out to be big eaters, I would have had just enough. You're probably looking at about 30 lbs of beef, pre-cooked weight.

The easy method is to divide the nuber of guests by 2.4
