Ribeye Roast

What is the best way to cook a whole ribeye? It weighs close to 15 pounds. Any ideas wll help.

    I would cut it in half so you have 2 more end pieces. I would cook direct at around 400 to an internal temp of 135/140. You may need to sear it to get that carmelized crust. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Use your favorite beef rub to enhance the flavor prior to cooking. Good luck to all. Tom
