<p />Sometimes we get carried away with all the finer things like steak, chops, etc. in life and forget a perfectly great BBQ hamburger. The burgers were cooked 2.5 minutes per side at 750 degrees dome followed by 6 minutes with the vents closed – cheese went on about 45 seconds before leaving the grill. Simple but Great!

Gfw,[p]Sure are purty burgers. Try putting some Bleu Cheese and bacon on that next time (if you like BC and bacon on burgers), what a treat. Cook any extras for lunches for the week?[p]Troy
