Well spent the last couple hours putting together a pot of chili from the recipe in the 07 eggtoberfest cookbook. If it taste half as good as it smells it will be better than any chili i have made before. I only made one change traded the sausage it called for for the chain meat left over from a tenderloin. Any about one more hour and it will be ready to eat. :woohoo:

I'd like to hear a report back on that chili! The only one I saw with a quick review of the 2007 fest recipes was the "Cow Lickin' Chili"!
