Christmas Ham, thanks to the forum

Many thanks to Richard for posting the Honeybaked Ham clone recipe a few days ago. We glazed our Costco spiral sliced ham, then egged indirect at 250 with apple chunks until it was 140 internal.

Unbelievably delicious! This is our ham recipe from now on!
