okay let me explain myself a little .....I have noticed that when I use the guru and i dial in a temp of 220/225 then my dome temp ends up being around 260/265



sooooooo that being said I set the guru to 180 and my dome temp is reading 250 a little high for my taste

so far that giant-o-hunk-o meat is smelling terrific and it looks great

that being sai thanks for all the responses and I will be sure and update you on the final product
