Is it supposed to come with a grate? Mine showed up this afternoon and I was under the impression that it came with one grate. Was I wrong? Other than that question, it appears to be really nice accessory :woohoo:

there usually is a description of exactly what comes with each combination that is available. My XL rig came with a grate but it was in the description of what i ordered.
  • You might be thinking of the Combo, Cory. That comes with the AR, an 18" grate and an oval with crossbars. I think Tom sells it for around $95.

Thanks for the reply. I must I have looked at it incorrectly. On the new site, it does specify that the "large" gratefits on top of the rig and that additional grids are offered.

    Brad,
It appears that I just missread the description. Luckily, my old Weber charcoal grate fits on there pretty well. I'll order some more of Tom's crossbars and another grate a little later.
    Thanks,
  • I just recieved my 'rig', it included the adjustable unit, oval grate, spider and the cross-bars.
