Wild Pork Fatties

A friend has asked me to smoke a coupla 2lbders of wild pork sausage that he has supplied. He fell in love with the pork fatties and wanted to try the wild pork. Any recommendations with wild pork? I know its much leaner, so was wondering if there were any different recommendations such as wrapping with bacon, etc. Thanks for the input!

    You are on the right track. Wrap with Bacon and cook it at a low and slow. I may be wrong but this would be my approach.
