Just wondering how you did with the storm?
We had 3 large trees go down but with little damage. One just laid over on the neighbor's garage and a very large pine tree went across the fence into another neighbor's back yard. We all pulled together and had most of the mess cut up and on the street by Sunday afternoon. I spent Monday and Tuesday rebuilding the fence so Rita would let me come back to work. We finally got power back Saturday afternoon. It was off for over a week. I did learn that my Digi-Q works well on the generator. We shared a great brisket with the neighbors. Hope the coop made it through!

Glad that you made it through OK...you going to be in the country during the coop fest? I'll be visiting with Mr. Leroy and Ms. Judy in a few weeks, and would like to say hi to you if you're going.

I would love to be there but unfortunately I will still be here working until October 17. Hope you guys have a great time and maybe we will get together another time.
